Gregory has deep knowledge in insurance law, having successfully negotiated Bad Faith matters with leading insurers such as Farmer’s Insurance and AIG. He has also defended cases for Western Mutual Insurance, Fireman’s Fund Insurance, and Allstate Insurance. His role as Chief Counsel for the California Home Inspectors Union further showcases his ability to provide strategic legal guidance in high-stakes cases.
Mr. Goodheart earned his Juris Doctorate from LaVerne University School of Law in 2002, where he distinguished himself as a Moot Court participant and received the prestigious American Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Law and Civil Procedure. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Literature from the University of Hawaii, obtained in 1996, which has strengthened his analytical and communication skills, allowing him to craft compelling legal arguments.
